Cadence International
is an independent Christian outreach to military personnel stationed
around the world. Located on five acres in Fairfield, California,
The Hospitality House is only two miles from the Travis Air Force Base main gate. This
Military Ministry has been in operation for thirty years. The
long line of directors and their families have provided a “home away
from home” to countless military singles and families through the
years. By working closely with the Air Force Chapel Staff, effective
programs and activities are coordinated to meet the spiritual needs
of the Travis Military Community.
At the present time, the ministry of the Travis Hospitality House is
primarily focused on the more than 1,500 singles living in the dorms
on Travis Air Force Base. Programs and activities are geared to meet
the needs of these special young men and women who serve their
country. Weekly activities are designed to promote spiritual life
and growth, fellowship and outreach. The “Open Door” policy
at the Hospitality House provides daily refuge for many, as well as
a family environment they can enjoy. |
